Sorry about all of the equipment questions -in the process of setting up a tank.

Does anyone have any opinions on the Tunze9002, and how anemone safe it is? I use a AquaC Remora right now, and I have a prefilter over the maxi jet powerhead. This tank is going to be my newer larger anemone only tank, so it is imperative I know if an anemone [even just a tentacle] can get sucked in and shredded.
Thanks!

They are sealed up pretty good, however, the plastic is flimsy and they are a PITA to service even though they are small, getting the the pump into the body is a pain. Also, I've had the magnet mount snap the plastic body remounting them into sumps, the magnet is stronger than the crappy plastic body. They do skim well though.

+1 what Jeremy said. I have one in the sump of my red sea max and it skims great compared to the stock skimmer it came with. I wish they used a thicker plastic on it and I agree that magnet is one stong mother.
