Temp. glue it to your rack. I used to do that when I would run out of plugs and wouldn't have any for a week or two.
The temp glue works great, you can have a dedicated rock to do that as well, or I'll place a deli container at the bottom of the tank with a few small pieces of rubble and place a few frags in there. I cut the frags off the plugs most of the time before I add any corals to my tank.
Entry fee paid, labels printed. Last fragging of donations to occur before Wednesday.
Donations to include, ultra green candy cane, ultra green ultra hairy mushrooms, assorted special zoas (Armor of the Gods, ultra green/orange, steel blue center) and, of course, bright green bird's nest!
Hot-cha-cha-cha-cha!
Just paid as well. Will start fragging tonight or tommorow. Where do you guys buy these deli containers from?
There is a thread here on them as well as sources in the "Local Business" directory on the left side of the screen.
I haven't needed to yet, but will now that I am out, but I hear that Safeway is a good source for them. I'll head there tonight and can let you know (on the way home)
I'll be checking out Smart and Final today for containers. Will report!
I'll also check smart and final here in San Jose in case anyone from the south bay is interested.
jeremy, if you want to distribute a stick frag, after you cut it, how do you "store" it in your tank to allow healing without the aid of a frag plug?
