Well I just love all my new stuff! I placed it all. My favorite thing I got from the swap was a beautiful frilly mushroom that I found in the Softies section. It was electric green with brown tentacles. To whoever put it in, thanks! Laughing out loud
I also received a bunch of DBTC stuff at the swap like AOG Zoas and some other pretty zoas. I also received a nice frilly mushroom that seems to love my 34g. My 2nd favorite thing I got was a GBTA that I found in round 4! It had very sticky tentacles, and by sticky, I don't mean your average sticky, I mean like GLUE! When I was putting I was putting it in the tank it wouldn't come off of my hand. Then my clownfish attacked me (leaving bruises and bite marks) which made me jerk my arm back and put it right into my 12" GBTA. It stung me really badly and I got a huge rash, plus my arm got cold, and I couldn't feel my arm... it hurt. Before I got to the swap I stopped at Aquatic Collection and found some really nice, large rocks of yumas that had beautiful colors. One was electric green, then other was hot pink with electric green and blue stripes. Surprisingly they were selling for $10 per polyp! I thought they sold for a LOT more and these had beautiful colors so that should have added to the price... Anyways, I asked for a frag and they couldn't frag it, so they offered me both rocks (10-15 polyps on each) for just $45 each! I took that offer and I also got a cool bullseye mushroom for free since I bought the yumas. I'm really happy with my yumas and all my swap corals. I'll post pictures tomorrow. What did you get? Are you happy with what you got? Pictures are welcomed! Laughing out loud

Is your arm still messed up? Did you tell your dad?

Yeah I told him. It got better so now I only have small bruises where my clowns bit me. I washed my arm with soap... Wink

Ok, make sure you tell him right away if your arm or anything else feels weird again.

On the yumas, sometimes people have problems with them if their tank temps get too high.

So make sure your tank doesn't get temperature spikes.

Here are some pictures of my tank...
The pictures of the yumas aren't their true colors. I have a bad camera, but you can see the hot pink on some of the yumas. The other yumas I have a green... They are the last 4 pics. Oh and some of the corals aren't fully opened... Big smile

Nice additions! those yumas are really cool. Just consider your arm injury 'battle wounds'.

Not like a little tiny one growing out of a rock. It is like 2"x2" and white with grey stripes. It's tube is inside the rock... Smile

Was the GBTA from your tank? In my tank the tentacles have started to bubble. Laughing out loud
It's the only bubbled on in the tank.
