Anyway to view more than a single page?

So I hop on the website, and I see the latest posts... unless someone posts a LOT in which case a page of posts, I press the "page 2" button and I see page 1 still, I press 'page 3' and still see page 1, even though the address bar says "http://www.bareefers.org/forum/?page=3"

I know this has been an issue for a long while, at least with me, just wondering if there is a fix or workaround.

The pager thing at the top is for paging through the sticky "news". Yeah it would be nice to be able to page through new posts as well.
