Best pumps for the tank?

Still trying to decide on using an external - vs- a internal pump for the new tank. I was leaning towards external due to the reduced heat factor. But I'm open to suggestions. The main tank is 180-190 gallon peninsula style tank. I'm thinking the fuge will hold about 50-75 gallons. And the pump will need to push the water up about 5' from the floor up and over the top. I'm also thinking plasma lights, so hopefully it'll be cooler than MHs. But what I'm most concerend about is in this order:

1st: Energy Efficient: Operational Power Consumption
2nd: Quiet Operation: Should be very quiet, it's in my living room
3rd: Cool Operation:
should not add too much to tank's heat load
4th: Cost Effici
ent: but the other things trump this requirment

I'm still open to the actual GPH, but would rather have too much flow than a borderline pump.

Given those constraints, I would recommend an internal Water Blaster HY 5000.
However: It is a bit on the edge, both because of the 5 foot head, and the noise constraints.

External is nice for lower heat transfer, but as I was recently reminded, that only
helps if your stand is well vented. Otherwise the heat will transfer through the
air, and into your water anyway. Plus, it can vary a lot from pump to pump.

There are certainly some super quiet externals, but I don't know of any
that are both super quiet and super efficient.

Another thought is multiple smaller pumps.
Often a good way to reduce noise, yet keep efficiency decently high.
