I saw a Black-tipped shark on the fish list this week. A bit under two-grand and then the cost of the permit.

I was thinking a koi pond but digging 10 ft deep would just be crazy.

Anyone call to see the price on this thing?

    Hmmm...
Ya think that asking price would include the crane to hoist it over my house?

I was thinking a crane would be needed too.

Could you imagine trying to get a crane set up in the front of your house? They’d need to block off the street.

Erin doesn't have a porch so will they deliver it up the stairs?

Not his street. It's not a real street.

$95,000?!? I wonder what the back story is behind it. Who built it and why since it says it’s never been used.

I wonder what the original price was? Is 95K a bargain? Full retail? Think he'd take 90K?

I’d start my negotiation at no more than 80k...but only if you’re serious. Are you going to put this in your living room? ;)
