I bought 3581 Feeder from OT last Nov. 09. I accidently knocked it in my tank while doing a WC. Derek was nice enough to get me a replacement. Now the replacement still works but the LCD is not displaying the characters correctly. I sent email to support which I am waiting for but noticed HQ for North America is in Canada. It seems like everything should be handled through the retailer but OT is no longer around. Any ideas?
 
Just waiting for the response from the horses mouth seems best, eh?
 
Try another LFS that you have a relationship with then. Some are willing to help, especially with dedicated customers :)
