FYI: Woodcraft having $5 router bit sale!

For those interested in DIY projects, and who have routers...Woodcraft is selling some of their 1/2" shank router bits for $5 (they do that occasionally). They were completely out when I went there yesterday, but they have a new shipment on tuesday (this is the San Carlos Woodcraft). I pre-paid for a flush trim and a pattern following bit (both are straight bits with a bearing. One has the bearing below the cutting part and one has the bearing above) which are basically what you'd use for acrylic work.

For those that don't know, Woodcraft is a woodworking shop. The bits usually sell for $15 or so, so it's a good deal. I didn't really need the new bits yet (I'm using a porter cable flush trim bit that is still pretty sharp) but it's a bargoon I couldn't pass up!

Incidentally, it's a good opp to buy other bits too (only Woodcraft branded bits are on sale for $5 and I think the sale ends at the end of the month).

WOW, I can't miss that. I'll stock up :D I hate dull bits with a passion.
