I will post pictures of my frag tank later. All three of the aussie acan colonies are in my frag tank at the moment. They were having some kind of issue in my main tank. Plus as you can see I don't have much room for them in the tank. haha.

Here are some other shots of my coral

I liked it more as a planted tank :) J/K Love it.. It's looking good.. I'm gonna put your name down over on RC for teh reefaholics meetings :) I totally forgot about that 2x2x16 I gave you.. I need a pic of that as ewll

Doug, I'll post a shot of the frag tank later. Lights are off and the tank looks like a mess.

Tony, don't do it. I have motion sensors over the tank hooked up to an alarm. jk

Nice :D

Pitted Rice Coral :D

Looks great man. Those chalices are growing hella fast.

Kind of interesting to see that monti plate out so early w/out a need for a larger base.

Thanks everyone.
Levi, I'll post more later when I get a chance.
Eric it has even plated more since that shot. Its a cool looking coral.
Eileen, when are you planning on the switch to a planted tank?
Tom, I like the reef better too. I love the colors plus its actually less work.

I'll probably do it in a few months - thinking May or June (April if I get my act together on this project)

I have to pull everything out, but more importantly I have to build a new stand and canopy.

Depending on your timing, I might be able to get you started on some stuff. I'll need to break down a tank soon enough and it is loaded with hairgrass, val nana, HC, and downoi.

Why a new stand and canopy? What are you going to go for in this tank? Rock or wood hardscape or both? Good place to find some nice rocks is American Soil in Richmond and in San Rafael.
