Had an acan that pretty much melted away after being thrashed by a bta...
Left the skeleton alone as part of the rock work...but after 5 weeks of travel and finally returning to the tank in the office, I discovered what was my orange and greenish acan regrowing with a pure greenish yellow coloration!
Thought I'd share. (Not the best pic quality -- ignore the coralline algae on the glass)
If it takes off and keeps the current colorstion, I might DBTC this thing
