New Posts?

What is "New Posts?" Basically the posts that you see on the homepage or click on the link on the upper right. The data is not as "new" as the recent posts.

Personally I think "Recent Posts" on the homepage would be better than the "New Posts."

If you are logged on as sfboarders, all posts unviewed under sfboarders are new to your account. Once sfboarders views a thread, it is no longer new, until it is updated with a new post.

Thanks for the explanation. :) There's a recent why I don't view it. It's because I don't have any comment or post to make. At least with Recent Posts on the homepage you get to see different topics.

Yeah, it would be nice if there was a way to "unsubscribe to a thread". For instance I don't care about photography, but unless I click on it I will keep seeing it...

You can unsubscribe from a thread by following the link generated at the bottom of a notification email.

Do you mean so the actual forum won't show up (meaning, you don;t want to see any photo threads)?

You can't do that, can you?

That is what I meant. Or more exactly particular threads I don't want to see everytime someone makes a new post on them. Kinda like an unbookmark. And no offense to anyone who loves photos, just an example!
