Great article, Rich! It sounds like you have some ideas for improving the lives of the sea creatures and people of Ebeye - what can the club do to help?

What a magnificent and depressing place. The video toward the end of the article points out the great divide between the US leased areas and Ebeye.

I worked on a community college campus that is 99 acres. I have a hard time imagining HALF that area with 15,000 people living there!

Hrmm.. is that magazine written in the southern hemisphere? The Winter 2013 issue is listed as #17 where as the Spring 2013 is #18
