My brother in law makes functional movie props as a hobby and decided on making my younger sons halloween costume this year. He was going to do IronMan but went with WarMachine because, well...he looks cooler...haha..heres what hes got so far:

What is the material he is using?
I wonder if he can make my Stromtrooper/Boba Fett outfit ... :)
Then I can join the 501st troop :)

I asked him to make me the matching ironman or master chief from Halo :D

He obtains the basic shape with paper, after that its non toxic resins and bondo. A stormtrooper one would be sick...i know some items on his list to make are the proton packs from Ghostbusters and other retro stuff..
