Bubbles on my LR

A couple days ago I've noticed some bubbles on my LR. It seems like they are attached to some algae going on my rocks and it's only at the top surfaces where my dry BRS rock use to be white but is now turning brown. It doesn't look like red slime (cyano) algae but it's brown in color with very small strands. I noticed that one of my rocks has a very small sliver of green hair algae. I've been running my lights from 5:30PM-10PM every night so my lights are not as on as much your reefers out there.

Should I cut down on my lighting and reduce my feeding? I have 2 K4's in my 100 gal 5 ft tank. Should I add another powerhead and increase the flow? Will a phosban reactor help to get rid of some algae?

My h20 parameters below using API test kits:

ammonia - 0 ppm
nitrite - 0 ppm
nitrate - 0 ppm
pH - 8.4ppm
calcium - 500ppm
alkalinity - 9dkh
phosphate - .25ppm

Sounds like either diatoms or dinoflagellates.

Did you cure the BRS dry rock? It absolutely needs to be cured.

rinsing it is not curing it. In tank curing is not recommend. This could be your Si source.

Looks more like diatoms. I am seeing the dusting of brown stuff on my glass and black wall. Also a lil bit on the powerheads. Sand is clean though.

As far as curing the dry rock I rinsed it well with RODI water and put it in my tank when I started my cycle.

I am also using RODI water and the sand I used is the AS1 sand from Aquatic Central.

Found a pic of something similar to what I am seeing in my tank.
