Document destruction company?

Does anyone know of a reputable document destruction company? Please let me know, as our office needs to start destroying some old material.

How sensitive is the information? Is it more "personal information" from HR etc, or more along the lines of proprietary trade secrets/classified?
I think we have a different service for each.
