After a lot of research I was able to fix it today. So the issue is this tiny and cheap $2 chip needs to be replaced. This is a transceiver that helps the devices to communicate with each other. If any of you have similar issues, feel free to reach out to me. I can lend you the devices I bought to replace the chip. I also have 3 more chips to share if you need. For free of course. Just wanted to help the group.
