Help with Kessil ap700

Power outage last night messed up the light. When power comes back at ard midnight, the light went on full power. I turn off the power and went back to sleep.

In the morning, it will not turn on. Going to setting in the app, everything seems fine. I can see the schedule and ‘play’ and the light cycle through the day schedule .

When I exit the app, the light turn off again. It appears the light internal time is off . I cannot figure out how to fix it.

I reset the light. Reconnect to WiFi and redo the setup. Same issue.

Right now, I’m just on manual mode. At least there is light!

Don’t connect it to your wifi
Just connect from phone to light.
I had endless issues when I connected them to WiFi

I am connecting the light directly to the phone via the Kessil light ssid. I assume this is what you meant by connect from phone to light.

Problem solved - great customer support from Kessil. Someone actually pick up the phone.

I did the reset this morning, but I did not wait 10 mins before plugging the light back in. That did the trick
