Having had the unfortunate pleasure to deal with a bunch of equipment issues and support lately, I have been working through several warranties across a few vendors. The one the I am most surprised by the most is Hydor / Aqamai... So thought I would let folks know if you don't already.
They offer a 2 year warranty (Yes - 2 year) on their gear... and the support and replacement process couldn't be simpler. I have one failed LRM light and two sets of mounting brackets that show some rust... called up support told them about the issue, sent pics and receipts... and they sent out a new light and new sets of brackets just like that.
