Need dose tubing holder for my sump

I have a few built in, but I need a few more. They are basically holders that have plastic screws that keep the tubes from dosing pumps in place. The holders are acrylic and I swear I used to see them all over online vendor sites, but now I can't find any.

Any ideas?
