So I’ve read a lot of people are not using socks or pads. I was wondering how do you keep the pad in a reactor clean? For example all the YouTube videos I’ve seen about carbon reactors have a pad before and after the carbon to squeeze it together, to prevent tumbling.
I assume that those foam filters gets clogged and restrict flow. So are people just changing out the media and cleaning the foam more often? Or know a trick I haven’t noticed.
