Submersible light recommendations

I'm looking for another submersible light. Something like the tunzes, but not $100. I need it to be either completely dumb, or able to go on when the power flips on, because I'll control it with a smart switch.

Bonus points if it's a grow light color, but pure white is fine too

"underwater aquarium lights" on amazon brings up a few options. Don't know if any are bright enough to work as a grow light though.

All the reviews on them unfortunately say after power off then back on you have to manually start / manually reprogram them. Since I'm controlling it with a smart outlet, no worky for me.

Yea I thought about that after I posted and saw they're mostly remote controlled.

Yes. I used a timer to control the light. I can check tomorrow to make sure everything still works
