Too many pods OK?

I purchased 2 bottles of tigger pods from Reef Nutrition prior to stocking my tank with a leopard wrasse and mandarin dragonet. Because of the set up in Red Sea tank, there's a closed portion in the sump and the filter socks where I dumped a bunch and fed phyto.

Now they are *everywhere*. I'm sure wrasse and mandarin are fine, and expect they make good food for the nems too. They are seriously crushing through the water column - curious if there's any downside to an exploding pod population? Or should I just keep the train going?

i am having issues to get them to replicate too..

The strange thing is that last time, I had them in a fluval 13 gal, and they were everywhere. I did minimal water change since the tank was basically just a holding tank. They were like ants crawling out of nowhere.

When i need them in my DT and refugium, they are nowhere to be seen. I have bought endless bottles and fed phyto but i barely see them in the refugium..
