I plumbed a 20 gallon truvu to my existing system last week and what a difference it made in the stability of my water chemistry. Prior to adding the 20 gallon my ph would drop down close to 8.03-8.06 on the average through out the night from 8.26 when the lights are on in the day. Since the addition, the lowest I've seen my ph is 8.2 and my alk is also much more stable. I'm hoping I will see some positive results in my SPS coloration over the next 2-3 months with this addition.
Jon.........I need to stop messing with these small tanks and go big like yours. You need to stop by in a couple of months if you're around my neck of the woods. I have a new system in the works. It's only a 30 gallon but I think you will likey .
