My best quess would have also been favia, just cause I have no idea what it actually is.

Almost looks like astreapora (but not I don’t think) or something weird like that. I think a lot of stuff is all kinda grouped together that used to be favia at one point

Since the ones in Jakes article are from WA, I'd say those ones came from cooler waters.
