WWC Slimeball anacropora

Hi all, I got 3 frags of wwc slimeball i broke off while cleaning. 2 of the frags are “good size” 2 inch plus, the third one is smaller. I mounted the bigger pieces to frag plugs. I left the smaller pieces unmounted. member @Bruce Spiegelman has a DBTC for this coral so I do not want to add to his nor start a new one. I bought this coral from WWC. These were not from the DBTC that Bruce started. Hit me up if you want a frag and would like to grow this out. FREE to any supporting member, pick up in San Leandro.

That coral looks like a spongodes to me. The slimeball is considered an acro. but it's growth is a lot like a Monti.

To be technically correct, not an acropora. It’s an Anacropora. Same family (Acroporidae), different Genus.
