If I was you, I would ask Kenny @under_water_ninja if he can quarantine your fish for you. He does this for a fee which is well worth it.
You still need to figure out what to do with the tank, but at least you have one less factor to worry about. We can advise in the meantime while your fish...

Flow is very much individual. I like stronger flow because I claim it keeps cyano away, and other stuff which might accumulate on the sand or rocks.
But you will see your corals not opening up properly if you have too much flow.
The ones you want to keep certainly prefer less flow so one Nero...

Most people here do not test their water, I do - this is all you need to know:
Alk - Hanna
Nitrate - Hanna High Range
Phosphate - Hanna ULR
CA / MG - Salifert
Salinity - Tropic Marin Hydrometer (unfortunately)
