was thinking that the suction from draining will keep the unglued section from dropping in the tank. I may just use threaded without the pvc paste.

Time to fab up the water change hose setup. got this 100 foot vinyl hose from a hydroponics website.

the first design had the tank bulkheads on the front but quickly realized that it took up a big footprint on a limited space. Mocked up the design to have the bulkheads on the inner sides. only thing is that the float is now at the front ( top right tank ) :-(

cutting up some rubber mat for spills and to help a little with vibration noise. finally got the project going due to the holidays.

you can go to any of those tank manufacturers and choose any configuration that you would like if you want it more customized to your needs.

Its on sale too! You cant beat that price. I like those older style Brutes. I have a white one. The regular priced 55 gal brute container costs more than the ace roto mold containers. I was able to get those 2 55 gallon containers for less than $200.

Great question. these things are pretty reasonable but freight is expensive. with the help of google searching i was able to get these free shipped through Ruralking.com I found them to be the cheapest with freight included. NO tax since its out of state.

1" uniseal for the mixing tank pipe and 1 1/4" for the heater to go through.

Was thinking about putting a level indicator using these bulkhead push connects and clear tubing. Not sure yet cause the tanks seem more transparent enough to see water level. It will probably end up installed on the brute containers instead.
