I'm a network engineer. I'm also a professional airbrush artist, tattoo artist, I do vinyl graphics, and signs, 3D printing laser engraving/ cutting currently have a co2, diode, and fiber lasers I also have a small CNC machine.

Kessil sent me the firmware flashers as well as firmware for 1.02 and 1.04 I have added the files I hope this can help someone else as well. UPDATE: this firmware fixed my issue
