Can someone ID this

so i was busy taking photos and noticed this, couldnt decide if it was a pod or a pest (my guess baby bristleworm). its tiny, but on the left you can see a pod (i think) so clearly its larger than a pod... hmm i have no idea

Thoughts??

I’d guess bristleworm, because of the spine looking things,but the body width isn’t uniform and I see a light pink color, not mostly red with some black

looks like young bristleworm or fragment of a briistleworm
