Fishy Business

Eric's 125 build.

This is kinda of wild to me. My nutrients have always been way off the scale of what people consider normal. NO3 usually 50-100 and PO4 1.0-2.5. Right now my no3 is not measurable and my po4 is 0.16. I've tested multiple times with a few different tests. I guess I'll dose some nitrates and see what happens.

My frag tank had phosphate around .15-.20 with no detectable nitrates. I added a few fish and starting dosing nitrates. Finally have nitrates so cutting back on dosing. I have a liter of NeoNitro I won’t use that you can have if you don’t already have something to dose

Don’t bottom it out. Dinos will come.

I just got a large bottle from @Blaise006. What's weird is that have way too many fish than i probably should in that tank.

Well I've been meaning to update this for a while. My mixing station is in my backyard and its a pain to refill my ato. I finally added a small pump in the freshwater tank and ran a line through my wall and into my ato. I hooked it to a smart switch and all I have to do now is tell Alexa to fill my ato... I plan on adding a float valve and an optical sensor to shut off the pump.

I hadn't done that yet and today after saying the magic words to Alexa I promptly forgot about it. Thankfully when I ran that line I cleaned up my electronics at the bottom of my stand. No idea how much water pumped into my stand but luckily I only fried a single power supply.
