Sounds like the moonshiner method. Basically no water change, ICP for trace element. I guess everyone is doing that but with different names.

I believe these are all king midas? The red ones I got are still stuck on a rock. If I ever get them off OR if they start expanding off the rocks and onto my bare bottom tank, those will be free too. In fact they are already starting to spread so I will probably have more zoas soon in red.
