They do annoy some of my yumas but not all. Don't have as many/much as on your glass; but haven't had irritation to...

Was back in DC this past week for work. was able to get a few free moments to Inappropriate Reefers house where he left a frag of the Bahama Llama Weeping Willow. Tossed it in my backpack and brought it home with me. Even the TSA folks who barely know what a coral is, don't balk when going...

    How to frag this coral?

I use these (or similar) scissors - same ones i used for trimming plants in my planted aquariums. Makes for easy snipping while in tank. I also then run carbon after cutting to catch and would-be toxins released after the cuts as my nems don't tend to care much for them.

No LEDs in the stand yet, but i will be adding some and connect them to the Hydros. Trying to think of ways to make the lights come on automatically; but haven't yet given the doors come off don't just swing open with a place to add a switch release. Could just use a motion sensor separate from...

One of the early aquascape layouts, i have tweaked it numerous times as i dial it in. This tank will be LPS dominated/Mixed reef. Vortech pumps will be on the backwall instead of the sides (at least to start). There is no water in the tank yet. I will be adding sand as well, not a fan of...

Coming along, lights had just arrived. I went with Reefbreeder Meridiens. I have Neptune Sky's over my 150G, Reefi Uno over my 40G; in the spirit of continuing to try new, went with Reefbreeders on this after reading so many positive reviews of the previous gen Photons. The underneath with...
