I just did an other one 11.5/11.5 for 1” frag plug. Using this time a 1/4” thick acrylic sheet so it won’t bend at all And I made the all a bit smaller so the plug don’t wiggle

I use a 1/16 upcut bit. Cut outside perimeter to get rounded corner. For the circle I clear out the pocket ( remove all material ) If I were to cut around the circle and pop it will move around and potentially break the bit. $40 a bit I don’t want to break it :)

I was playing with my CNC and started to try to do frag rack. This one is a 12”x12”. Waiting for the acrylic cylinder to do the legs .

Sadly now. 40’ away. that’s why I connected 50’ hose . So every time I need to top off or WC, I put the pump on , and bring the hose near the tank. I am planning to run permanent pipes directly to the tank but no motivation yet

Top one is Rodi and with a valve can move to the bottom one to start mixing . I have a pump on side. Have hose connected to it to reach the tank
