that is correct, i had 10x xr15pros g5 over a 48x36 tank. at one point i had 12 xr15s just for fun.

your shut down value says temp of 81. your tank is now 81.1, therefore it turns off. suggest you move the value higher or dont use a temp value on it or use the red sea app for the timer instead.

with your scape, i dont think it is needed. but for me, you should look into a hybrid style with xr30s and t5's for your application. if you are going all full sps dominate, i would use all the 5x xr30s you have and not think about it - more par the better.
