Apex can handle all of that. As for salinity I think it's a waste of money. I had the PM2 and salinity probe which worked great for 6 months and after that the readings were off and could not get it to calibrate correctly. So I just ended up selling it and trusting my refractometer.

I was doing some research on the reeflux 12k but after reading Sanjay's article I plan on going with the Ushio 14k's. However, there's a good amount of people who are happy with the reeflux 12k's.

It just grew on it's own. :D Definitely grows slow and took me awhile to get it into fragable size. It been growing flat like a disc and hasn't scrolled. It's placed in the middle of the tank with medium flow. I plan to relocate it somewhere else.

With my Radium's I don't but I'm sure if I use 14K's I'll be using my Blue and 50/50 RB's.

After doing some more research I think the Phoenix will be too blue for my likings. I'd rather go whiter than my Radiums. Anyone have a spare 250W SE Ushio 14K lying around that I can borrow or possibly sell to me?

LED is probably less. The CFL bulb uses about 23 watts as mentioned above.
