Anyone ever refilled a chiller before? Have one that isn’t cooling enough anymore. Not sure how hard or expensive or possible it is to refill the refrigerant?

If it’s that big I’d remove and replace it with a small frag attached to a smaller rock you can remove in the future. I know you don’t want to remove the big rock. But do you want a huge toadstool hogging room in your tank?

But, water change is how you siphoned them out? I’m confused. Don’t leave a ton of pellets rotting on the sand overnight!
