Not sure what you mean by “not supportive”- but given the circumstances I’d say it’s more recent —seems fairly blatant to the extent where that type of activity won’t get you far.
@Alexander1312 -i get that larger corporations routinely either intentionally or unintentionally cause issues for their smaller vendors.
But if you are going to use the equivalent of a “payday” lender and get 90% you can still leverage that buy increasing it another 11% - PETCO can accept...

No experience with them either - I use the Red Sea dosers and have been very happy with both how they calibrate (essentially you go two rounds to make sure pump was properly primed)
I also like I can’t accidentally turn on the doser unlike a Neptune DOS -that if I hit the switch by accident...
Well yes-but a base hydros unit is only ~$400-500. You may not need serious alk/ca monitoring for a bit. Granted, if you know you are going all in on SPS -then fine,,
I have changed my testing schedule -so that it only does alk 2x a day and ca/mg 1x a day.
So I calibrate every two months.
If you order directly from them it’s fairly cheap. But you should calibrate against the solution as the optical curvette gets dirty over time so the solution helps...
