OK, that is the section I was checking. I guess I'll go to another HD. What kind of packaging is it in?

Goody bag from BAR Frag Swap: calibration fluids

MARS is working on their next Frag Swap. I wanted to know if BAR would mind sharing the source or recipes for the Calibration fluids and Iodine they provided in their Frag Swap goody bags. I'd like to provide the same goodies to each participant in our swap. I hope you don't mind the copying...

    Sigma 24-70 F2.8

Also consider you may not need to purchase a Macro specific lens. Perhaps you can just arrange to borrow a macro from another bar member when you want to take some macro shots.

IS will definitely come in handy in a walkaround lens.

    Sigma 24-70 F2.8

I'm new to photography, so don't listen to a thing I say, BUT... I guess the Sigma 28-70mm is cheap enough to give a shot. But you will find yourself wanting to replace it with better glass before too long, I bet. I just got the 10-22mm for my 450D and used it for the first time when I was in...

    Canon Lenses

I just purchased a Canon 450D and got the 10-22 WA lens. I love shooting with it. Still learing photography so don't have anything to show, but I just got back from Chicago and had a blast shooting in 10mm.

Looking to buy a new skimmer

my guess is you may have to have the skimmer in deeper water if the pump is not performing well. When my pump was only pulling 22 SCFH, I needed to have it in 11" of water to get it to skim. Now that the pump is working so much better, the skimmer is in less than 8" of water and still skimming...

Looking to buy a new skimmer

If you have the MSX, I highly recommend redoing the meshmod if you want to use the mesh wheel. According to the MSX Owners thread on RC, the pinwheel will give you around 30 SCFH but a good meshmod will give you 40+ SCFH. I picked up some flatback Enkamat from meshmod.net and redid mine. I have...

    How tall is your AOG??

Doesn't really seem to be any rhyme or reason to their behavior, then. Roc, how long have you had your AOGs? Is it a new frag or one that has been at the bottom of your tank for along time? I'm just wondering if they are short from being in someone else's high light tank and will eventually grow...

    How tall is your AOG??

My AOGs are very tall, too. I'd say they might be as much as 3" tall. They are about 16" below T5s. The color on them are still very good, though.

    I feel like giving up.

Definitely test for copper. Hopefully that isn't it, but OTOH, it would at least give a clear source to your issues.

Seems like LPS is increasing in popularity!

LPS doesn't grow fast, and more difficult to frag. LPS is my favorite and that is where I spent my time at the swap. But the frags I brought were SPS and zoas.
