I'm sorry to say that your gorgonian is a Acalycigorgia sp. aka the "blue berry gorg", which is notoriously hard to keep even in azoox tanks with constant feeding. If you don't want to see it slowly starve to death, maybe consider donating it to Steinhart. Just one of the reasons why it is...

Could you take a FTS with something to compare it to (can, bottle whatever)? looking at the pictures with the huge rocks it might as well be a 75g tank ;). Great to see it filled with saltwater!

I'm using a really thin layer on top of my sand bed, before I had trouble with the mp40 over 70% but now I can put the mp40 on full blast without a sand storm.

First guess would be Goniopora or Alveopora but the amount of tentacles isn't right (8 instead of 12 or 24). Got any bigger pics?
