Delivered.... A dozen heads of Super Green Zoas to Rick778 today. My mother colony is completely covering a 4" x 8" rock right now so I can easily make more frags... I believe I have 3-4 more frags on plugs available also. Let me know if you'd like some.

Requirements: 1. Must have posted on my tank journal prior to this thread. Check 2. Return 2 frags back to DBTC. Of course... 3. Pickup at house. Not a problem... 4. Made a purchase from Aquarium Showroom in 2009. You will understand why in the 3rd DBTC I will post. Every other week...

I have been able to get these to thrive in just about every lighting environment but I have found that the colors are the strongest when in a high light area. My best looking colony is about 18" below a 250w MH slightly off center and they are looking great.

Looks like a great start...

Ya... it was a lot of fun. "The Secret Lives of Seahorses" exhibit was pretty cool. The Leafy Dragon Sea Horses (First Pic) were awsome. They are about 10" tall each.

It wasn't too bad. We ate lunch over at the warf before coming over. Took about 1/2 an hour to find parking but once we nailed that we were good. Walked right in. A few of the exhibits were pretty crowded so we just skipped them and came back later after the crowd had cleared.

An update... tank is doing well. About 3 weeks ago I had some minor RTN'ing hit 4 different Colonies. Luckily it stoped on each about 1/4" up on the base. They are all doing fine now and starting to grow over the dead sections. Picked this Spider Sponge up from Max's a few weeks back...

... and the highlight of the day for me was the ray petting pool area. Normally I can never get close enough to one to pet but this time I got a really personable guy who loved to be pet and kept coming back for more.
