    Some stuff is still mad due to the flame angel nipping. Almost caught him a few times in the fish trap. If I don't catch him by Friday, I'm doing a big water change and pulling some rocks out to net him.

    Yes. The tiniest part of tissue can become a new anemone on its own. If you pull it out and don't see any more over the next few months, you're probably clear. If you bleach the rocks and start over with your cycle, you definitely won't have them but it's going to set you back a few months on...
