Iv'e owned Dish network for 7 years (good quality, no problems) when I upgraded to HD dish only had twenty channels and Direct TV had 200. I switched and it has been pretty much the same service, like everyone else said-harder to deal with on the phone. BTW Dish network is going to be cheaper...
