Yes it was live rock from a holding tank. When working with the rock and setting it up, it did not appear to have anything on it.

This has appeared on my live rock. Wondering if I need to be concerned. No fish or corals in the tank. This day 4 of it running.

Well unfortunately this didn’t take long. This morning went to work and tank was a happy 76 degrees. Got home at 5, and my condo is 81* and my tank is 80 :( Trying to cool the tank, but will this harm the bacteria I am trying to get into a healthy state?
