Any idea what might’ve caused it’s death?

Do they have relatives in the Philippines with decent internet? My cousin had a box in his Taiwan that would stream tv to his house in USA. It might work with the smart tv but not sure. I’ll see if I can find what it’s called.

5 months isn’t a long time for a new tank, especially for a beginner. So I won’t get discouraged, but try to be more patient and wait out the uglies til tank really becomes stable. We all have tank issues, but learned to overcome them and move forward. I sound like a life coach, haha.

It thinks it is an acro crab. It needs to do its job and go clean other frag plugs but it just sits there all day. Lazy crab.

Do you have a pic of the connector you need, preferably next to a ruler for scale. Is it 2.5 or 3.5mm? Need something like the below but longer? I’m sure our internet sleuths can find something.

are you doing holes on side or bottom glass? On the side makes me nervous that weight of pipe with leverage on the bulkhead is enough to crack the glass.

Maybe just drill 2 holes, one for main and second for emergency. Have return go over the rim. No need for external box. Those tanks have really thin glass that cracks easily, so don’t put any pressure when drilling.

Finally got a legit nem cage.

@thephoreefer anytips on getting taking pix with phone camera? I just got the tencco you used and it’s works great for the price but not to familiar taking pictures. Anyway to lock the specimen slide from moving when I adjust the focus?

Wow fancy. Not familiar with that brand/model so can’t help you. I personally don’t like these all in one drinking ro models since there’s a lot of proprietary components. Do you have space near ro for a holding tank? That may take care of your pulsating issue.

That’s the million dollar question. Don’t think anybody has tracked the real world impact. Don’t know anybody that tests for chlorine post membrane. I nominate @Alexander1312!
