Qckslvr and Mrs 90 gallon Oceanic tank build

I use gfo reactors with Rowaphos on both my coral tanks. Did you flush the Rowaphos with the reactor first. As in filling it with water powering the pump and letting discharge hose run in a bucket until it runs clear? Just rinsing the Rowaphos wouldn't be sufficient in a reactor verse rinsing...

    Popper's IM100ext part 2

I like the over sized stand gives plenty of Space to work on stuff.

I found four Aiptasia in my 90 :(

Seeing you added cheato and have so many it's likely the source for them to spread so quickly all over the tank. Cheato from tanks with aptasia can have tons of them. Have it tumbling in sump it realses spores or peices and spreads throughout your tank via your return pump. My best guess going...

    From Carmel

Maybe aim them at the rocks it'll break the flow off center them from each other and make it sorta swirl. Or consider slightly more coarse sand. I kinda thought that was intentional lol.

    Weird bubble on torch? Normal?

https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/large-bubble-in-the-center-of-torch-coral.243872/ Post from r2r sugguests it's likely splitting. I've seen pictures in the past of them doing that. Yet it's never personally happened to any of my torches or hammers

My first Fish copper Qt treatment

Yes seriously I make it through this headache. I won't be randomly tossing in fish into existing tanks any more. I wouldn't wanna experience this tank wide issue again. It would be far easier treating 1-2 new fish than a full tank of them.

My first Fish copper Qt treatment

So update that I forgot to post yesterday. The very next day after loosing the green corsis wrasse, I also lost the yellow coris wrasse. I'm suspecting (specifically the Corris wrasse) they didn't handle the copper well. The last remaining wrasse the melanurus wrasse seems in optimal health...

Does anyone understand how to use a Hydros as a AWC?

A hydros minnow or blenny would likely be my next hydros product I pick up. Have you tried contacting their support. I hear they are fairly responsive. I

I'm happy he's brought up alternatives. It may make more sense to someone else in the future. At this point I'm already committed to follow through with copper power treatment.

My first Fish copper Qt treatment

As of yesterday I got all the fish out the tank atlast. Took removing all the corals, and most of the rock structures. The ones I didn't move were tied up to 2×4s resting across the top of the tank where the rocks were suspended at the top of the water column. The I wrasses were burried in...
