What do you mean by gassing the effluent? The kamoer is pushing water from the sump into the reactor.

That makes sense. I increased the ph to 6.7 which should lower the dkh of the effluent

Sorry, it may have not been clear in post. I wasn't expecting it to be 25 dkh but I read somewhere that I should be targeting 25 dkh. Given that, does that mean I should either increase the PH in the reactor or increase flow rate?

What makes you think that? It's a brand new probe and was just calibrated.

Picked up a few corals: the large pink/orange/teal wilsoni colony was hard to pass up Pink highlighter and two other tenuis I can't rem the names of got an amazing deal on this OG bounce because it's loose. opens up to about the size of a quarter also picked this up from Wine Country...

Thanks everyone for your input. @Srt4eric swung by yesterday and apparently one of the nuts was extremely loose. He helped tighten all bulkheads and provided spare gaskets. I'm going to wait and see if the tightening fixed the leak, otherwise I will replace the gaskets and apply silicone.
