So I recently bought an ATI powermodule 6X54w. It comes with a hanging kit, but I really don't want to hang it. Do any of you out there know how others are mounting the fixture? Pictures would be nice. I was thinking of just running down to Tap Plastics and getting some 1" square rod and laying...

Man I totally forgot about that frag. The meet was a totally bad day. My gf wouldve killed me if I had ditched her to hang out reefers all afternoon. The worst part would be she wouldve killed me with the gun I bought for v'day gift. Ironic I would say.

Luckily for me I get lab grade DI water for free. When the place you work at makes 200GPM of DI water, 10Gal a week is nothing to them. Hell there have been times when people weren't paying attention and have dumped thousand's of gallons of water into our catch basin.

FYI that is not a gate valve. What you are looking at is a butterfly or ball valve. Can't really tell by just the pic you have there. But my guess is butterfly. Anyways like I said over the phone 1/4" Marquest Needle valve should do the trick. The valve has female NPT so you are going to need...

Can you rip out the pos you have now and replace it? If not you can just open it 100% and then put in a good needle valve. And if want fine control of flow you will use needle globe valve. Way better than a ball, gate, or butterfly. Check out ryanherco, Sunnyvale swagelok, or windustrial. If...
