    I’d look into dosing lanthanum chloride into the skimmer to reduce phosphate. Nitrate isnt too terrible to me and should come down enough with water changes

    I would guess part of it was most of the aiptasia it could get to were consumed. These were not in my home tanks ever, but clients tanks. Usually I utilize autofeeders with pellets, and rely on the client to feed frozen. So sometimes it’s a bit of a mystery how much they are really eating that...

    Amount, also quality and type of food probably. Likely also helps for them to have other things to pick at in the tank.

    I have found they don’t eliminate aiptasia completely (not sure anything really will) I found they tend to leave little bits behind that regrow. Not sure if it’s on purpose to maintain food supply, or just part of the aiptasia magic act. Also, there are often little ones p km aces they can’t...

    It wasn’t that big. Jumped out of the water and got me as I was getting food out of the foil package. Luckily just sliced me pretty good and didn’t lock on. I used super glue instead of paying for stitches.
