It's probably a longshot but I thought I'd ask since there are many stick collectors here.
I have two acros I'm seeking a id on?
The lighter one ,I got from aqua plus about 2 months ago (store employee had no clue it's name or type)
The second acro darker green (I got from Beanju he said he got it from someone breaking down a tank, and he forgot the name of it)
A secondary question here related to the lighter acro. When I first got the coral it was completely covered in polyps. Is white area without polyps on the side typical of new growth? If so will the polyps eventually come out the sides as well?
Many of my other sps (specificly those frags from what dan gave the club) look like that on some of the tips so not sure if its a good sign or something I should be concerned over?
In in the picture of the darker green one you can see in the background what was labeled as a green acro at the frag swap. To me the growth patterns are very different so is coloration. Pictures taken with out filter, under blues combined full white day light spectrum ( my maximum light output )
Looking for names, or classification so I can do further research to learn how to increase growth and coloration.
