I have an issue with my Trident. It initially started with a Reagent A issue, then I had a no water sample issue.
I did a bunch of priming, etc., and that issue was still persisting.
It was also doing initializing mode for almost 20 minutes. After that, I was trying to prime the water sample, and it was priming just fine because I was seeing it in the cuvette, but it was still saying no water sample. So, I went ahead and unplugged the Trident, and when I plugged it back in, there was no power to the Trident. I do have the Trident NP, and I tested it with a different cable, but the Trident itself is not working.So as of right now, there is no power reaching the Trident.
Any one here have fixed a Firmware & Internal Trident Issues?
